Four Phases
EhrRoadMap.com consists of four phases — Inception, Decision, Implementation, and Realization — that guide users in their EHR implementations. Each phase includes a series of activities, allowing users to accomplish clearly defined milestones, marking their movement from one phase to the next.

Methodology
We developed our program and materials based on the guidelines for informatics competencies identified by the healthcare IT industry, informatics academia, and the experiences and contributions of noted informatics experts.

Background
EhrRoadMap.com is a product of Illumisys, the health information technology division of Lumetra, a healthcare consulting company.
